I bet you never really noticed that you really do workout
harder if you have the right music to listen too.
If you are listening to slow music then your workout will be slow and you might not get the workout that you want to get.
But if you are listening to rock that gets you pumped up and going then you will have a better workout which means you will build more muscle and burn more fat in less time!
Here is the type of music that I listen to rock, it gets me pumped up and the blood flowing fast to I'm ready to workout.

The music I would not listen to:
I would not listen to music that you can just sit there and not bang your head to or rock out to.
But the most important thing is to listen to music that motivates you to workout to get into better shape and to stay in great shape for as long a you live.
Maybe you might even get lost in the music and workout for like 4 hours straight! Ha, probably not but it’s a thought and it could happen so watch out.
