Muscle Stretching Will loosen you up

Muscle stretching should be done aleast everyonther day, or whenever you do a workout.

Being Flexible and muscular is the way to go. You will feel loose and your muscles will be stronger!

If you play sports you will be less likely to get injury not matter what way your body falls to the ground.

When doing muscle stretching you should follow thses guide lines so you not only get the most out of stretching, so you don't hurt yourself too.
Go to Dynamic Stretches
Go to Static Stretching

Muscle Group

You should know what muscle groups you're going to work, so when it’s time to do some stretch exercise you will be more effective.

When to Stretch

Stretch only after you're done with a workout or after your muscles are warmed up.

If you stretch your muscles when they are not warmed up you can tear them at the tendons.

This is the time that you will get the more out of stretching.

Don't Bounce

Whatever stretch that you do never bonus. Just go down as far as you can then hold it there for a count to 30 seconds.

Don't Rush it

Stretching you don't want to rush through take your time the better off you will be. Bouncing only harms you when you’re stretching.

Begin Slow

If you can't touch your toss don't try to push yourself to far all at once, you will more likely hurt yourself more than anything else.

Take your time to loosen up your muscles.

Both Sides

Remember to stretch both sides of your body. You don't want one leg to be able to touch your nose and the other can't, stretch for both.

Make sure you stretch your back side as much as you stretch your front side.

The Right Way to Stretch

Breathe though out your stretching
Relax when you do it
Focus on the muscle your stretching
Feel it being stretched
No Pain
No Bouncing

The Wrong Way

Not breathing
Rushing
Not focused on the stretching
Tense
Bouncing
Stretching to the point of pain
