Burpee The Exercise You Love To Hate


You hate doing them but you love the results that you get.

It works your hole body in one movement, makes you so strong that you don't know what do to do after you can Try doing 100 in a row!

Ya! Right!

You can try to do 100 in a row, but if you’re one of the few who can congratulations.

Do them fast this is not a slow exercise these are meant to make you hurt... But you'll be happy in the end when you finish the round.

How to Do

Start by starting, squat down to put your hands on the ground, kick your feet out, do a push up, pull your feet back in then jump up into the air.

Yes the really ones have a push up in it and you have to jump into the air at the end.

After 30 of these your legs, lungs, arms, chest, back, well your whole body will be begging for a rest.



Sample workout

15 burpees
15 pull ups
15 crunches or any core movement
15 squats

Do this nonstop for 15 minutes, rest only when needed.

Too easy well then add more reps change the time so you workout longer.



Turn And Burp

Do a normal one, and then turn your body when you're in the air so that you land facing the other way.

This takes some agility do to. But once you get going with it you'll have fun.

Hardcore Endurance

20 burpees
40 yard Sprint
20 burpees

Do this 5-6 round nonstop.

You will be huffing and puffing like there's no tomorrow!

Too easy?

Well then you’re in very good shape, but... You can always get better!

Add a weighted vest and crank out some, this is a very tough challenge!

Cranking out a 100 with a weighted vest and you won't have anyone who will be able to catch you on the field!

Burpees Also Make You Faster

They train your body in a way that no other exercises does.

If you’re a fighter then this is the exercise that is a must. It will make you fast on the ground and you'll be explosive coming off the ground when you have to!

Burp

If a fully out burpee is too hard for you then you can do a burp. It's a burpee without the jump in it. So you just kick your feet and pushup then tuck them back in.

This will get you started if you can do a full one already.



They also help you burn off that fat!

Since you're working your whole body as one unit you'll be melting the fat off your body fast.

Try This

Try doing 100 burpees in less than 5 minutes!!!

Ya that’s right 100, if you think you have it in ya do it.

If you really think you have it in ya do your intense workout then do this, you will be really sucking for air by the time you get done!

WAKE UP.

Use burpees to wake you up in the morning. Doing a round of these will wake you right up.
